I ordered a transfer from Istanbul airport to the apartment. I specially chose a car with two child seats - for a toddler and a five-year-old child. No one met us at the specified time. I was looking for the driver, but he didn't answer me in the chat. He had to ask for a call from a Turkish number. He didn't answer right away, but he was waiting for us at exit 14 in a minute. But he wasn't there either. I was walking around with a baby in my arms, looking for him. I was directed to some guy who told us not to worry that the driver was still on his way and he would pick us up soon. OK. We sat down to wait. Then the same guy called us, some other tourists, and asked us to follow him. To be honest, I tensed up, I thought they were going to take us somewhere wrong. He walked us to the parking lot and to the car. By the way, he was friendly and helped carry the suitcase. The driver was also cheerful and positive. There were no child seats in the car. The photo of the driver in the chat, by the way, was of another person. Instead of a 7-seater, the car turned out to be a 13-seater Mercedes bus. In general, the transfer was provided, we were taken to the place. But if I had known that I would not get child seats, that I would worry about looking for a driver (and suddenly he would not come), then I would have just taken a taxi and it would have been cheaper and faster. I cannot recommend this service.

При трансфере из аэропорта пригнали старую машину наглухо прокуренную, хотя трансфер я заказала подороже, 2 часа тошниловки до отеля. Обратно в аэропорт водила через 30 минут езды завозит на рынок на 15 минут остановки. На возмущения, что это индивидуальный трансфер не реагирует. Не пользуйтесь этим агрегатором, качество услуг ужасное. Есть другие и гораздо лучше.

We ordered a transfer to the hotel from the airport in Cairo. We were worried that we might not find a welcoming driver with a sign, but everything went fine. Friendly, laconic and very good driver Medhat Hasan, we liked his attitude, driving style and honesty so much that we turned to him repeatedly. I recommend a high-class driver and a nice, decent person.
