Although initially it was about aluminum! She asked for half an hour of time, and they called back 40 minutes later. It took another half hour for her to find out IF they COULD ship the aluminum. The account was indicated in the bank transfer, which raises questions about the organization of accounting for them. What if it turned out to be in the warehouse when the wrong material was cut off?! Finally, I set the time for pickup. She sent the exact geolocation when they were already on their way (AT OUR REQUEST). Before that, she claimed that the building had no number and called landmarks from another area several kilometers away! We arrived 5 minutes before that time. Communication problems started - it was possible to get through 3-5 times and intermittently. To our question, which warehouse number and to whom we arrived unexpectedly and even without a call!!! Then the "warehouse preparation" began. She couldn't answer clearly what it was, she just said that we weren't alone. She also claimed that she couldn't reach her own staff (did she call?). As a result, I had to wait for an HOUR and a HALF under the time limit, walking around the vast territory all the time and asking the employees if this warehouse was theirs. No one came up to the gate that they eventually directed us to - no one came up or came - at that time we were the only visitors, there were two employees in the warehouse itself (thanks to them) and a moderate space. We didn't observe any ritual preparation, we were given a profile right away. In our experience, the only advantage of this organization is the opportunity to purchase a profile of non-standard length at retail (supplied from Russia). And make your own conclusions about the level of service. We strongly recommend that the management pay attention to the level of competence or training of Julia's manager and the organization of the process as a whole
