I ordered a design project - everything looked beautiful visually, but when the renovation started, there were a lot of problems. Firstly, the project turned out to be ill-conceived from the technical side. For example, the gas pipe was overlooked, which is why it interferes with the installation of furniture, and now it has to be moved. In some places, the outlets actually ended up where the gas pipe runs. Secondly, the estimates and specifications are very poorly made. There are practically no exact codes, articles, brands and stores anywhere. Everything has to be selected “by eye": tiles, porcelain stoneware, furniture facades, bamboo panels, laminate, the color of the backlight, halogens and other materials. The most unpleasant thing is that even where the specific Betek paint code was specified, the final color in reality was very different from what was shown on the visualization. It is also very difficult to get feedback during repairs — questions are rarely and ineffectively answered. As a result, there was a feeling that the project was done more for a beautiful picture than for the actual implementation of repairs.

Based on the results of the interaction with this company, I decided to abandon their services. I want to warn potential customers against mistakes and waste of time. Key reasons for concern: • Marketing manipulation of experience: The company claims to employ specialists with 10 years of experience, but the reality is different. At meetings, you are greeted by extremely young employees whose communication style and level of competence raise doubts about the availability of the stated experience. There is a feeling that the image of an "experienced team" is just a facade behind which newcomers are hiding. • Critical inaccuracy of estimates: Be prepared that the price of $ 500 per sq.m. will grow exponentially. And with a budget of $150,000, another $50,000 can spontaneously be added on top. Such financial unpredictability is a huge risk for the client, although if I remember correctly, we heard on the phone: "We will adjust to your budget, there is no extra charge for materials, we will charge only for labor in the contract." • Low level of service and punctuality: The "premium" status ends here on the price list. The team's lateness to a meeting on a day off, the lack of basic etiquette and the untidy appearance of the staff indicate disrespect for the client's time and status. • Problems with implementation: Project managers first record all the wishes, and after a while declare them "unrealizable". This is a sign of a lack of communication between the office and production — your time will be spent discussing obviously impossible plans. • Aggressive pressure: The interaction is based on the methods of hard sales. There is obvious psychological pressure from the owner and the team to close the deal as soon as possible, which excludes the possibility of thoughtful decision-making. • Management ignores complaints: According to available information, in case of problems (errors in repairs, construction debris at the facility), the director is systematically eliminated from the dialogue. Complaints are ignored and messages remain unanswered. By choosing this contractor, you risk being left alone with any marriage. Bottom line: Having access to expensive materials does not make the company premium. Premium is primarily about service, honesty in calculations, and management responsibility. All I saw here was chaos and an attempt to sell the service at any cost.
