It's strange that I didn't write a review right away. We rested there from February 10 to February 21 (approximately) 2023. The territory is gorgeous, everything is clean, lots of greenery, Parking for a bike is always free. They give you a compliment when you check in. Everything is clean everywhere, we didn't go to the beach toilet barefoot, but I don't remember feeling dirty there. It's a very cool beach, lying in the pines, contemplating. Kamala itself is sparsely populated in that part. There is a space to walk in silence, a good photo location a little further away. The rooms are spacious, the cleaning is of high quality, and the breakfasts are great. All the staff is genuinely nice. We didn't find any obvious disadvantages, but the rest was wonderful.

The beach is an anthill, the Michelin restaurant has a star not for the food and outstanding culinary skills of the chefs, but for the appearance of the restaurant. Pool villas are strange, this kind of accommodation presupposes privacy, but in fact all the guests of the upper floors passing through the common corridors in the main building are looking at you. An adult pool with overhanging wires above it doesn't look "gorgeous" either. The wires are the "trick" of Phuket, the hotel is not to blame, but these wires hang frighteningly, however) The transition to the beach area is in graffiti and dark, it seems that now someone will jump out from around the corner:)

Very nice hotel! We are relaxing in the club part, which is located on the first line of the beach. Room: spacious, well furnished, great view from the window. It's a bit noisy in the evenings, as there's a club on the beach nearby, but by 11 the music is turned off. Meals: we went to breakfast, both in the main building and in the clubhouse. It's quite diverse, not the Turkish five of course, but everything you need for breakfast is present. Pastries, egg dishes in various versions, sliced dishes, soups, porridge, rice, and so on. The service is excellent, the staff all speaks English, they bring everything ahead of schedule quickly, they are very nice and responsive. The Michelin-starred restaurant did not make any impression. The Pine Beach restaurant on the beach is quite good, of course it is much more expensive here than in the neighboring beach cafes, I did not like the fact that it is forbidden to drink drinks from other beach restaurants on the beach of the hotel, you only need to drink their beer and juices at triple the cost ((( Beach: clean, long and gentle entrance to the sea, there are relatively few people. It is very pleasant that there is a natural shade from the trees. You can go on jet skis, kayaks and other aquatic activities. There are good sun beds, large towels, and drinking water on the hotel's beach. Infrastructure: There are many cafes near the hotel along the beach, the food is quite good, relatively clean and normal dishes. There are outdoor beach massages, it's better to come with your towel, an hour of massage is 400 baht. In general, the entire infrastructure near the hotel is purely beach. Shops, an exchange office, a market, bars and restaurants-20 minutes on foot to the center of Kamala and everything is very average. For something more decent, it's better to go to the center, which is about 40 minutes by taxi. It is cheaper to call a taxi through the app, to the Central Festival shopping center about 600 baht, a taxi from the reception will cost 1200 baht In summary, I can say that this is a great family-friendly, quiet hotel, right by the sea.

So far, the most beautiful and newest 5* hotel in Phuket! The territory is green, instagrammed, I want to walk and enjoy. The first few days I didn't like breakfast, but we learned the trick that just whatever you want to eat, you need to order from the waiter, they bring👍🏻 The beach is clean, yes it is municipal, but it does not interfere in any way! The reception staff is responsive and English-speaking. We extended the room without any problems for $200. We were given a welcome massage for an hour upon check-in. Cleaning 2 times daily, cosmetics Byredo. Delicious restaurants on site. The deposit was $ 600 for 10 nights, we spent 490, ate on the beach and in the evening, even used dry cleaning. If you come to the beach later than 10.30, there may not be enough sun beds, but we always had enough, and no one touched our things either if we left. In general, we will definitely come back.

The territory of the hotel is of unreal beauty. There are a lot of greenery and flowers. Squirrels, butterflies, lizards, birds. The pools are spread over almost the entire area. There is also a swimming pool on the roof of the central building, as well as several recreation areas and a magnificent view. The white temple-like structure adds a zest to this place. By the way, this is not a temple -inside there is a spa and a Michelin-starred restaurant. There are several room categories: with mountain views, overlooking the pool, with access to the pool in the common buildings, with separate access to the pool at the villas, detached villas. There are also rooms in the club area near the beach, but it's quite noisy there because of the beach + the Delmar club is nearby. The beach itself is very comfortable. In fact, this is a bay and therefore the sea is much calmer here. The sand changes throughout the beach, and the further away you get from the hotel, the harder it gets. To get to the beach from outside the club buildings, you need to cross the road through an underpass-literally a minute. You can get to it by golf cart by contacting the staff. We flew in early July, it only rained a couple of times a week. There were always free sun beds. Food and drink orders are delivered very promptly. There are no shops near the hotel, you need to walk for 15 minutes or take a taxi. We arrived early in the morning, the room was not ready yet, but we comfortably spent time in the lounge area, where you can just relax in the coolness of the air conditioner, or take a shower, change clothes and leave things in the locker. We had a room upgrade, for which the hotel is very grateful. What a pleasure it is to have your own access to the pool! The hotel is new, the rooms are stylish and comfortable (except for the restroom). The bathroom and shower doors are glass, so if you are not particularly close to your partner, it will not be very comfortable. All cosmetics in the hotel are presented by the Byredo brand. The room was cleaned every day, but in the last couple of days of our stay they started to be late, we had to call ourselves and ask them to come. Also, once they forgot to put milk for coffee and left little water. But you can take the water yourself on the territory near the pool. It's good that we remembered about it, because the water ran out, and the time was too early for room service. About the food: our tour included breakfasts, we only went to them a couple of times, because we went on excursions or simply did not attend because of our well-being. The breakfasts are amazing! There is everything here: rice in various variations, noodles, soups, dim sum, vegetables, fish, sauces, cheeses, sausages, assorted fruits, waffles, pancakes, croissants and other sweet pastries, nuts, muesli, cereals, porridges, yoghurts, freshly squeezed juices and even a protein bar. In a separate area, eggs are prepared in any form you need. We didn't even have time to try 1/3 of what was presented) Of the drinks, I liked the ice latte on almond. When we went on excursions and didn't have time to have breakfast, we were given a box with sweet pastries and fruits. I didn't really like it, because I don't eat sweets in the morning, and I don't eat fruits in principle. Therefore, if you have time to stop by for breakfast for at least 10 minutes, then it's better to do it. We ordered pizza in the room several times, and we tried everything on the menu. Very tasty pizza! They arrive in just 15 minutes. Pizza was also ordered on the beach, just as delicious) I'm shooting a star for the fact that we saw a cockroach in the room a couple of times. And we also had a not very nice deposit situation. Be sure to bring as much cash as possible or a card valid abroad, as you will need to leave a deposit at the hotel for all days of your stay. Of course, we didn't read it, but we eventually left some kind of deposit. At the very end of the vacation, we began to run out of cash, and the day before we left, we asked him back to exchange dollars. They came to meet us, but they took away the entire bar that was in the room. We didn't really need it, on the contrary, it was good-there was more champagne in the fridge, but the gesture itself was unpleasant. In addition, when we took the deposit and called to place an order for cash, the staff pretended that they did not understand us. In general, the staff is polite, executive, helpful and friendly, except for these moments, but there is also our fault, of course.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the end of March 2025 in a classic room with mountain views. The hotel left a wonderful impression. Positive: - The hotel grounds and the room itself are very beautiful. Expensive materials, beautiful color combinations, lighting, details - it's just a pleasure to be in such a place. The room is moderately spacious and has a huge bed. - Excellent service: responsive and extremely friendly staff who speaks good English. - Nice beach with a shallow bottom, quiet sea, moderate number of swimmers. - The hotel is located on Kamala beach with a large number of restaurants, shops, currency exchanges, etc. There are two 7Eleven shops within a 15-minute walk. - A good breakfast with a large selection. We haven't gotten tired of him in 5 days. We didn't have enough choice of vegetables and fruits, but this is more of a quibble than a real problem. - The hotel has several restaurants with a diverse cuisine and a high level of civilization (clean, air-conditioned, beautiful food service, there is a menu with high-quality photos, etc.) Cons: - Expensive hotel services and food. For example, the Hom restaurant serves only a tasting set, which, including all additional fees (VAT and service fee) and without drinks, costs about 6,000 baht per person or $180. In simpler establishments at the hotel, the average price for a dish is about 500-800 baht (including additional fees). The portions are small, 4-6 dishes and ~4,000 baht ($120) with soft drinks will easily be enough for two people. Alcohol is very expensive. At the same time, it must be recognized that the level of facilities at the hotel is much higher than that of restaurants on the beach. Prices in restaurants of a similar level in Phuket are just as high, but you still have to drive to them. The hotel is located at the end of Kamala Beach, so the beach is practically a hotel, outsiders do not come here, as well as beggars selling street food, massages and trinkets. I recommend taking a room with access to the lounge - a high (almost Dubai) level of service and a separate playground with sun beds and an infinity pool right next to it. The food in the hotel is of excellent quality, and the a la carte restaurants are weak (although I don't believe there is one with a Michelin star). Yes, the hotel is not cheap. Thanks in large part to the hotel, I think I will come to Phuket again.

Tastier than in a hotel) - Michelin restaurant - this Michelin is under great question.In general, I did not like the restaurants.it's delicious, but not very good)))) - the situation with coffee at paid breakfasts is ugly. We've been signing for them all week, today the staff bulged their eyes and said that coffee was actually included. Then why was he included in the bill earlier? I don't know, but I wonder how it will end - cleaning. Good, but not required))) you come tired to the room to relax after the sun, but the room is not cleaned. And also in 10 days, the situation was repeated 2 times. Well, the hotel still does not pull 5. I bet 3k because the hotel is too overpriced and not worth the money, alas. And the humiliating hunt for sun loungers and the application: "who is the first and right" does not help to be condescending towards other relative advantages at all. By the way, if the occupied chaise longue is empty, then your things will be taken away and "carefully" stored. I was left without new Celine glasses, which no one found. Something like that..
