We visited the Intercontinental Hotel in January 2026. We really liked almost everything, we definitely recommend it. The territory of the hotel is clean, beautiful, tidy. They greeted us kindly, treated us to cold tea, told us where the hotel was located and immediately checked in. The room (2 bedrooms residence ocean view) is gorgeous, a compliment in the form of sweets and fruits was waiting for us on the table. Tea bags, coffee machine capsules, and if you have used a washing machine, capsules for it are replenished every day. On January 7, in honor of Christmas, a box of very beautiful sweets was also brought to our room: a white chocolate Christmas tree and several more desserts. There are no questions about cleaning either, everything is fine! Several times during the rest, the cleaners left nice letters with good wishes and drawings) The pool is quite cold. The beach is clean, the sea is not always. There is entertainment for money (parachutes, jet skis, banana, cheesecakes). The beach service, to be honest, is not very good. It is possible to order food through a kewar code, it takes a long time, but it is quite tasty, especially pizza, it is made in a special correct oven. I advise you to order only through the kewar code. We just ordered coconuts once, not over the phone, but live, like the waiter wrote everything down, we never waited, we just forgot about the order. There are few sun beds for such a hotel, and if you take the sunbed with a towel and leave, it will be removed after an hour. You can ask to bring a sunbed, they will tell you that they will bring it in 5-10 minutes, not the fact that they will bring it in the end. Towels are always given out as much as you need. The Internet on the beach catches poorly, especially if you lie on the side. The breakfasts are delicious, especially the pho bo soup. There are two breakfast restaurants, one in the main building, the second is closer to the sea. The buffet is the same, except that in a distant restaurant the choice is less varied, but all the main food is the same. There's always a long queue for breakfast in the main building. There are always not so many people at the beach, it's better to go there). The location of the hotel is generally normal. There is another hotel on the left and a vacant lot beyond. On the right is a small night market, spa, hotels and shops. A cozy neighborhood that is just being built up, it takes 5-10 minutes to get to the big market by taxi (walking is uncomfortable, long and through wastelands). I would like to note that there is a cool rooftop bar on the 19th floor. We often went there, and on the last evening before the flight we were given two small bottles of prosecco). And on the last day, the cleaners brought some beautiful desserts and a sweet note. 🤗

Nice hotel in this location. As always, there was confusion with the booked rooms, but this is rather not a question for the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is delicious and varied. Lots of entertainment. Having breakfast on the beach. It is better not to go on free excursions to markets and shops, buying in such places is 2-3 times more expensive. Nearby, within walking distance, there is a seafood market and small items for children. Have a good rest, everyone

I enjoyed my vacation in Vietnam in Phu Quoc, the hotel is not bad, the room even has everything for cooking and a huge refrigerator. A beautiful territory with large two main pools, a good breakfast, the only thing that bothered us was the queue at the entrance to the restaurant in the morning, but we did not wait, bypassed the hostess and found an empty table ourselves. But it was annoying to go through these cordons every day, that's the only thing that was annoying.
