I would like to leave a review about InterCargo and thank Dmitry separately. We applied at the end of March, we wanted to pick up a 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 from Canada. To be honest, it was a bit exciting at first, because buying a car in this way is not a very familiar story, there are a lot of nuances, questions, expectations, and so on. But in the end, everything went much calmer than we imagined. Dmitry worked with us. I really liked the way he treated the whole process: he was always in touch, explained everything in a normal understandable language, suggested what and how best to do. We had enough questions, and sometimes they probably even repeated themselves, but Dmitry always calmly answered and helped us figure it out. Special thanks for that. He picked up the car for us in almost perfect condition, exactly what we wanted. Then he accompanied us at all stages - purchase, auction, delivery, documents, all the details of the design. There was no feeling that you were just brought to the payment and forgotten. On the contrary, it felt like the person was really leading the client to the end. We received the car on June 28 in Minsk. The order was placed at the end of March, which means it took about three months to wait from the moment of winning the auction. Everything was done efficiently, on time, without any unpleasant surprises. We were very satisfied with the car. Overall, my impressions of InterCargo are only positive. I liked not only that everything was done well, but also the attitude towards customers. Now that we have the car, we can say that it was not for nothing that we turned here. We will recommend InterCargo to our friends, and thanks again to Dmitry for his patience, help and human attitude throughout the process.
