You should hardly expect a large selection, this is not Turkey, everything is included. Our room was 2 rooms, with 2 balconies, 2 air conditioners, a refrigerator. Minus, we haven't cleaned the balcony once in 8 days. I would like to change the linen more often, and not once every 5 days. We never went to the pool, as the weather was fine, we swam on the sea, which is 2 minutes from the hotel.

The food is different from what was expected and what was in the photo! The choice is very poor. There is not even compote, milk and drinks except tea and coffee for breakfast/dinner. The rooms are small, the door is flimsy and the audibility with the corridor is incredible. The curtains barely cover the sunlight, it's already hard to sleep in the morning. Wi-Fi often does not work, and it does not always reach the room.

We decided to celebrate the New Year 2024 neither in our hotel, but in this one, as we presented a gorgeous show program, a presenter, practical jokes, etc. As a result, there was no show program for 7 thousand rubles, constantly as in the Mausoleum, then the presenter, if you can call it that, spoke off topic. When it was time for 23.55, I turned on my laptop and only the voice of the president of the Russian Federation, and when the chimes began, I even turned off, as a result, the show program 0. And the main surprise is the public toilets on the street. The result is a score of 1.5 points . I do not recommend this hotel for New Year's Eve celebrations.

And immediately about life insurance. For a very long time they were outraged by my refusal. For comparison, last year we rested at the Europa hotel, they gave us a gift when we checked in, there were tangerines everywhere. Now about breakfast: I do not know, but!!!! Boiled egg, casserole, rice porridge, cottage cheese, sausages - it's hard to call a buffet. No fruit, no pastries, no toasters, instant coffee only. It was possible to have dinner for a fee only from January 3. There was chicken, meat, three salads. We must pay tribute - it is cooked delicious. But there is no terminal at the reception and no change either. The reception staff (except Madina) does EVERYTHING so that people do NOT come. Be prepared for bad internet, constant power outages. And if, last year, while vacationing at the Europa hotel, I wanted to come to Abkhazia again. That's now "thanks" to Inter Sukhum.. Hardly

the worst vacation (August 5-18, 2021) in 4 years. If you want to go to the House of a Collective Farmer from the time of Khrushchev, come here. The room sucks, the bed is about to fall apart without our help, for some reason there is only one chair, there is no kettle in the room (cooler on the floor), linen and towels were changed once in 2 weeks, garbage was taken out 2 times upon request. Female employees are very harsh, neither hello nor half-hello. The dishes are washed by hand disgustingly, there are not enough cups all the time. They gave watermelons for breakfast for a week, then they disappeared, apparently the summer was over, there were no greens, cucumbers were cut once, the only outlet for dinners was probably meat stewed in adjika and chicken. The beach is urban, a sunbed with an umbrella is 350 rubles., In two weeks garbage from 3-4 meter logs and all kinds of dirt floated to the shore, 3-4 days on the shore, then it was burned at night. The last straw was the shutdown at 9.30 on the day of departure of the Internet, hot water, TV, air conditioning. They did not get into the cave because the "locomotive" that was taking there broke down, but it became known at the entrance to New Athos, but time was freed up for a trip to Stalin's unplanned dacha and a wine-cheese tasting.

We stayed at this hotel from the second of September to the 9th of September. It so happened that my husband and I were there, but there were only 3 places left. rooms and we took a chance, but we thought that we were paying only for a bed (there was such an experience in Vietnam), but it turned out that we also paid half board for 3 people. I didn't give anything to solve the issue of one person attending lunch. They chased us from one to the other and THAT's IT. An employee met us with a stony face...... I got the impression that I came home to her and I want something else!!! September 5th was a birthday, but no one celebrated, although there was a mark on the tour......... LITTLE THINGS, but not pleasant! Of course, I will not return there anymore and I will not advise anyone, although 2 people visited this place on my recommendation. We just arrived. We rested from October 2 to October 9. The hotel is in a great location. Near the market, a quiet street, the sea nearby. But the hotel itself is a quiet horror. Upon check-in, the room smelled like smoking or hookah. The cleaning is superficial. There's dust everywhere. There is only 1 set of towels for three people. They asked, they brought more. But there are three of us. They have never been vacuumed. I freaked out, took a vacuum cleaner and did the cleaning myself. And I threw out the garbage a couple of times myself. Breakfast is a separate topic. The omelette is constantly cold, there are no vegetables, and this is in a southern country, coffee is only instant, the porridge is over-sweetened - it's creepy. It is better to go to the port for lunch and dinner. But there is also the only restaurant "Dem" where we liked it. The hyped "Nart", with boorish waiters, where the food is overcooked and over-salted, is not worth visiting. We collected everything that was left, and there are a lot of dogs left, and there are a lot of them here. All the wine, you hear, is powdered. At least throw away your stomach after it. The chacha is good, it was taken at the market from an aunt in the far corner. The sweets on the market are all old, they were thrown out right away. The transfer is a sucker. They almost missed the plane because of him. I had to leave the customs office at the border with a passing private trader leaving the inspection and then a taxi to the airport. It is allegedly impossible to just get out, so two customs officers answered us, only by car. A madhouse. I'm not going anymore.
