I can't say anything about prices, since we lived as part of a tour group. The breakfasts are not bad. Of course, I wanted something national, but there were no complaints about the food. There are a lot of chipped dishes. When checking in, some of our group came across the fact that the room smelled strongly of smoking. There was no smell of smoking in our room. There was simply no cleaning in the room.after the first night, the garbage was taken out and that was it. They didn't even put the bag in the bucket after that. There was no second roll of toilet paper. The bed linen is stained. The doors are cardboard. I can hear what is being said in the room opposite. The TV is smart, but Wi-Fi is not enough for him. It freezes constantly. There is a cooler on the floor. The repair was carried out by handlers. Near the embankment and the market. I can't say anything about the friendliness of the staff, since we left in the morning and returned in the evening, so we practically did not cross paths with the staff. I witnessed a conflict between a hotel guest and the administrator/owner. I don't know the details, but the men talk very rudely. If you agree to put up with cleanliness, or rather its absence, then you can move in. But I think there are better hotels.

One of the advantages of the hotel is a beautiful view from the window and the presence of balconies. Good elevators from 2007. The rest are solid disadvantages. The rooms are old and battered. The door handle was broken in the bathroom. The shower cabin is all old, shabby, the doors do not close well. The sink is small, when you wash all the water flows to the floor. At least the water was hot. The room is small, almost 90% of the space is occupied by a bed and two bedside tables. There is only one chair from the furniture. Mosquitoes! There are hordes of them. Everywhere. In the room, in the bathroom, in the hallway, in the elevator.We lived in October and had to turn on 2 fumigators at once, and change the plate every 2 hours. We slept with a closed balcony. Food is terrible. There is no buffet there, not even close. Breakfast consists of oatmeal and rice porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages, pasta, buns and apples. No sausage, no cheese, no fruit, no olives, no pastries. The dinner is about the same in variety. In total, this hotel hardly pulls in 2 stars. There are no 4 stars even in sight. In Abkhazia, you can find a much better place for that kind of money.

There is no food from the word at all!!! Such a huge selection of dishes is just creepy!!! There is no smell of a Zhvedsky table there. An ordinary canteen. Breakfast is Herculean porridge, omelette, casserole (not always) tea or coffee, dinner pasta, buckwheat, liver or chicken stomachs, cutlets or fried chicken, (alternated with each other), and 2 types of Peking cabbage salad, tea or coffee. We didn't have any dinners. We went to the dining room, Sat down and ate, there is a much bigger and tastier choice, the price tag is normal. After dinner, I had to go to a cafe in 2 hours. If you go to this hotel, it's better without food. The beach is creepy, dirty, no one is watching it. The embankment is scary, there is not even anywhere to walk nearby, the hotel does not have a territory. The staff is not friendly. The rooms were clean. We rested as a tour group and stayed in Inter Sukhum for 2 days. We went with the child, did not sleep at all last night. Ladies with low social responsibility stayed in the room opposite and received guests. Or, screams, mats stood on the entire floor. Half the night I listened to it, then I went down to the reception, explained the situation, a man from the security service came up with me. He made a remark to them, but unfortunately he could not help them, it only got worse. Now it went on the same way, only with insults to me. From conversations, I concluded that these are local ladies at work and in addressing me they asked me from which hole I came and why. I want to note that similar statements for two days about the arrivals came from a canteen worker at a distribution. Hospitality and the true face of the locals or a coincidence?! The room was dirty, it felt like all the surfaces were rubbed with one dirty rag. Someone else's hair is on the bed. There is a fungus in the cabin, the glass has been in a lime coating for more than one month. I was in Abkhazia and this hotel for the second time and I can say for sure that it is the last!

Good afternoon. We had a rest with our spouse at this hotel (I can't even call this institution a hotel) in early June 2023. Both were left in shock by what they saw. The rooms are not new, but they are normal (they did not pay attention to the little things). Cleaning, changing towels, bed linen, etc. - everything is normal. The food is monotonous (far from a buffet)!!! As long as my husband and I rested, I have never had to beg for a plate of soup for dinner (in the dining room they told me that they ate everything at lunch, there is no soup, you will eat at home). There is a heated swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, but every day relatives (children, wives, brothers, sisters) come there, either the owner himself or his staff. And also on the territory of the pool, the hotel administration can arrange holidays or parties for their relatives without paying any attention to the hotel guests. I also see for the first time that some of the staff (men) could afford to lie down on a chaise longue by the pool in the afternoon and fall asleep, and then get up and ride a bike along the edge of the pool looking at women in swimsuits like some kind of animals in a zoo. The hotel does not have any entertainment for adults or children (only the pool). The territory of the hotel is like a passageway, everyone comes in (even gypsies have been seen). The beach is 50 meters away. Sun beds and umbrellas are available on the beach for a fee. Yes, another important news for guests visiting this country is that a fine of 6,000 rubles has been imposed in Abkhazia since this year. for the fact that if you suddenly decide to walk in swimming trunks or swimsuits to some object outside the beach area, then be prepared for the fact that you may be fined and you will not be able to leave the country until you pay it. The nature of this country is simply magical, but the service, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired:((( Maybe my review will help someone decide on the choice of a vacation destination (hotel) and choose the best option!
