I walked in, guys in uniforms are bustling around, taking out shopping bags. It is clear that professional plumbers are being purchased here. Unfortunately, none of the three specialists paid any attention to me, and they just sat there, staring at the monitors, despite my antics and coughs. I have the wrong style, apparently. I'm not sorry, I went to another store, more hospitable. I'll give you a 5 rating for a repeat visit.

I don't understand why you can't give me half a minute to tell me if they can answer my question. The office is open, you can come in. I went in, waited, listened to dirty expressions and left. It's unprofessional, and just plain rude! Dmitry can be given a bonus for his boorish attitude.
