Ужасный сервис и грубое нарушение законодательства РБ в аптеке InLek в ТРЦ Авиа Молл. Фармацевт отказалась продать мне 1 пакетик Нимесила, заявив, что они "не делят пакетики в спайке". Сотрудник прямым текстом сослалась на то, что из-за внутренних правил они боятся ошибиться при делении и потом выплачивают стоимость препарата из своего кармана. Нимесил был нужен мне здесь и сейчас для снятия острой боли, и под давлением ситуации я была вынуждена купить 3 пакетика вместо одного! Напоминаю руководству ОДО "ДКМ-ФАРМ", что навязывание лишнего товара и ваши внутренние финансовые разборки с персоналом нарушают Закон "О защите прав потребителей" и Надлежащую аптечную практику Минздрава РБ. Из-за вашей незаконной политики мне пришлось переплачивать за ненужный объем лекарства. Не рекомендую это место.
