I came to this pharmacy to buy vitamins for my husband. He complained of fatigue and weakness. The pharmacist started advising me, suggested the drug, and told me that it contains ginseng, which will improve my wakefulness. I clarified that my husband is an epileptic. She continued to advise me, and I clarified once again, "Can I have epilepsy?" The pharmacist, together with me, read on the package, in contraindications, "individual intolerance of the components." Realizing that this is a rather general phrase, I clarified once again whether there are any components that cannot be used by an epileptic. I was told "everything should be fine. " 4 hours after taking the first pill, my husband began a series of three seizures, the longest in 10 years of diagnosis, after which he was unconscious for another hour and a half and was hospitalized. According to the BSP doctor, the attack was caused by the very same ginseng, which is STRICTLY prohibited for epileptics. I would really like to get the right information when coming to a pharmacy and consulting with a person who has a medical degree. I understand that a pharmacist is a person and she may not know such nuances. But if she hadn't let it go and even said, "I dunno, better read online before giving," all this hell could have been avoided.

A very passive-aggressive male pharmacist works. I had previously noticed a similar attitude towards other clients, and today (08/14/2018) I experienced it for myself. Yes, we don't have a medical degree, sorry, but don't be so aggressive and roll your eyes to show all the incompetence of clients or discuss the lack of professionalism of colleagues from other institutions. I left the pharmacy feeling like I'd been reprimanded at school.
