There are a lot of equipment: rollers, balls, ribbons- it's cool, the coaches know how to use (not all FC coaches use). Among the disadvantages, taking off your shoes at the entrance is a little unusual than in other FC, and in winter it is a little harder to turn around with things, small lockers for things, and common hangers are sometimes occupied.
