Все положительные отзывы по Ингосстрах здесь липовые! Приобрёл полный КАСКО. Наступил страховой случай, оформил заявку в разрекламированном приложении. В статусе заявки указано, что принятие решения в течении 1 часа. На доп. осмотре сделали необходимые фото и замеры. Потом пропали на неделю. Позвонил на горячую линию, там ответили, что документы о рассмотрении находятся у директора и срок рассмотрения до 30 дней. Вы шутите? Чем ваша страховая отличается от других, модным приложением? (P.S.: по моему случаю поступил отказ в возмещении)

Хорошая страховая компания, всегда отвечают развернуто на мои вопросы, вежливые. Цены на их услуги вполне устраивают. Когда оформлял страховку на машину, отправил им все документы, по приезду только оплатил и забрал готовый полис, быстро и удобно.
