I ordered tulips, paid for everything in advance with delivery. On the night of March 7-8. At one o'clock in the morning I wrote that I was waiting, but they just FORGOT about my order. Rescheduled for the morning, we were an hour LATE in the morning. Moreover, the courier brought a bouquet in the car, where the stove was working all over, in the front seat, the tulips bloomed. The delivery cost 3,000 tenge. Absolutely incompetent service. As for the bouquet itself, and there are tiny tulips, you could buy more in size and cheaper on the street. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy here. Unfortunately, I've only seen the reviews now, and many people complain about it in a difficult way. On the positive side, we communicated politely and the packaging was not bad.
