I want to write an honest review - so far this is the best company on the market through which we bought an apartment. Yes, the commission is the same as everyone else's, but the service provided left a pleasant impression. They didn't just take the money and disappear, but escorted them from and to. The one-stop shop principle works very well here, there is no need to run around banks for mortgages and wait in line, the manager of the bank came to the office himself and helped to get approval, and this already indicates the level of the company. We had our own notary, for whom we did not pay, by the way, and this is very convenient. In general, thanks to Ined for the convenience and the new apartment :)

Never, under any circumstances, contact this company. They don't do anything that you couldn't do yourself. You can submit a free ad for "roof kz" yourself. After a month of working with them, I can say that contacting them was a big mistake. I lost time, money and nerves. To say that they are amateurs is to compliment them. In addition, I have a suspicion that they are cooperating with overbooking, and this is very bad news for all clients. Avoid them.
