The location is wonderful: in the center, close to the station. As for the room itself.. My room was definitely not 4 stars: mold in the bathroom, to turn on underfloor heating and hot water, I had to ask the reception, feather pillows in the room (although they were replaced on request), no slippers, bathrobe, no mini-bar (aka refrigerator). The chairs are greasy, the windows are stained with someone's handprints. There was also a very visible print above the bed. Instead of one queen size bed, I got two standing together with two separate mattresses. The WiFi worked disgustingly - even the messages in the messenger came with a delay, I'm not talking about working from a laptop (it just wasn't possible). The restaurant in the hotel is good. But the breakfasts are average (delicious, but the coffee is disgusting, overcooked and not from the coffee machine). In my opinion, far from 4 stars.
