Today I took my laptop to the iMaster service and was as pleased as possible with the result. To be honest, for a long time I practically did not do laptop maintenance, so everything accumulated at once. The guys carried out a full-fledged preventive maintenance: they completely cleaned the device, replaced the thermal paste and thermal pads, and put everything in order. Additionally, I ordered new coolers from them (the old ones were already actually dead) and a battery. What I would especially like to note is the level of service. It is very rare to find such an attentive and respectful attitude towards a client. The guys don't just do the work, but explain each stage, show exactly what was done, and provide a detailed photo report. This inspires confidence and a sense of transparency in the process. 🔧 The work was done efficiently and conscientiously, it is clear that people really know their business and do not work “on the stream". A separate plus is adequate prices, without any unexpected surcharges. As a result: 10 out of 10 Top service, I recommend it!

I will leave a bad review for branch 2. crazy prices are being raised referring to a six-month warranty. In which they are not responsible. The OS installation wizard does not know how to insert the fi-fi button on a top-end MSI laptop. It takes until tomorrow to install one 2 GB RAM bar on an ASUS laptop. After installing SSD instead of HDD, the master asks on the phone which Windows OS to install??? At the same time, I'm too lazy to look at the version and firewood on my hard drive. When I politely pointed out the possibility of taking a peek at this fact, he almost sent. Referring to how hard life is for him in the white world. I even suggested how to start the HDD removed from the laptop with a cable, he was even offended. Due to the negligence of such employees as at the acceptance, the abstract is over. RAM could be installed in a couple of hours.
