Ihlamur Angora is one of the rare places where people feel good in Ankara with both its ambience and its flavors. The atmosphere is calm, spacious and attentive; as soon as you enter, both the details in the decoration and the attention of the employees make you say “I'll come here again”. It is especially suitable for breakfast and long chat meetings; it gives the feeling of a business that is not rushed, that really knows how to welcome its guest. Pita bread with buffalo cheese is one of the stars of the menu. The dough is neither too thin nor too thick, exactly according to your decision; the edges are nicely fried, and the inside is full of that intense but not disturbing aroma of buffalo cheese.
