I had an appointment with a gynecologist, Ekaterina Vasilyevna Anisimova. I really liked the attitude, namely : 1. The doctor paid competent and professional attention, asking questions, finding out all the details. Now it's very rare when the main thing is a person and their health. 2. A very delicate doctor, she did the procedure carefully. 3. She gave her conclusion and recommendations very calmly and clearly. I was very pleased with the visit of this doctor.

Friendly girls work at the reception, they will always help and answer questions. I take periodic tests here. The tests are done by Helix, a super laboratory.Everything is fast and tidy. I would like to express my special gratitude to the wonderful woman and ultrasound doctor Svetlana Arsenievna. But the therapist Yatskevich was very disappointed, unfortunately.

I was left with an extremely unpleasant impression of visiting the IglMed clinic and seeing Inna Alexandrovna Ermak. I had an appointment in advance and arrived on time. However, no one warned me about the doctor's delay, and I had to wait without any information from the staff. It already looked strange for a private clinic. After the reception started, instead of greeting, I faced complaints that I had not confirmed the recording. The administrator was invited to clarify the situation, and she informed me that I had received two calls. At the same time, the number was not displayed as the number of the clinic, and no one warned me that the record must be confirmed in advance. It was especially unpleasant to hear accusations that due to the lack of confirmation, the doctor had to travel across the city. As a patient, I fulfilled my obligations: I made an appointment and came at the appointed time. I consider it unacceptable to shift the organizational issues of the clinic to the client and discuss them in an accusatory tone. If confirmation of the appointment is so important for the clinic, it is necessary to inform patients about it in advance and use more reliable communication methods: instant messengers, SMS or other communication channels. In addition, the doctor and staff should follow the professional ethics of communication, especially in a paid medical facility. I would like to draw the attention of the clinic's management to this situation and hope that measures will be taken to improve the quality of service, organization of recording and standards of communication with patients.
