We ordered two pairs of glasses worth 104,800. The first pair was received two days later — everything was neatly and securely packed, without complaints. But there were problems with the second pair: the delivery took as long as 18 days, and the packaging turned out to be just plain cellophane, without any protection. It doesn't look serious for a product of this value. Overall, the impression is mixed: I was pleased with part of the order, but the second part was very disappointing. I would like a more stable service and careful attention to packaging and delivery time.
