If your parcels have not been sent through them yet, I strongly advise you to choose another logistics coordinator. I probably won't see my orders anymore. ICS Cargo company lost (or appropriated?) branded cargo in Germany. Two months of silence and the Delivered status. I would like to warn everyone who plans to use ICS cargo delivery services. I was faced with a blatant violation of obligations and the lack of professionalism of managers after the problem arose. The essence of the situation: The delivery of original Boss sneakers worth 210 € from Europe was arranged through ICS. The delivery was fully paid for.According to the official international track number, the parcel successfully arrived at the German logistics warehouse GROSSBEEREN 14979 back on March 24, 2026. The system has recorded the final status "Delivered / Ready" (Delivered / Ready for delivery). What's happening now: More than two months have passed since the cargo was delivered to the warehouse. I still haven't seen the product. ICS Cargo managers either respond to all my requests with boilerplate unsubscriptions in the style of "wait, they will be sent soon." I still haven't been given a clear answer as to where the items for 210 € are physically located. Two months is a long time for logistics. I have every reason to believe that the liquid branded product was either lost due to the negligence of employees, or simply assigned by someone inside the company, since the status "Delivered" is there, but the product is not. An official pre-trial complaint has already been sent to the company.Bottom line: I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND ICS Cargo for the delivery of valuables and brands. If the company values its reputation and this review is read by the supervising managers, I demand that you immediately investigate the situation regarding the LV109961017UZ order and return either the product or its full value with the shipping cost to me.
