The hotel is probably the best on the Varadero coast.The territory is very large and well maintained.The beach is great, there are a lot of sun beds.We were a family on New Year's holidays, the hotel was fully loaded, the whole day was full of entertainment with animators, the children had something to do.The room is clean, cleaning every day.Food-you will not stay hungry, meat, fish, and chicken have always been there.

Check-in 01.0126 check-out 10.01.26. The impression of the first day of stay was 5. Then the score decreased. This is not a 5-star hotel in the sense that we expect the service of a 5-star hotel. The only time we managed to "snatch" the shrimp was on January 2, in the amount of 2 pieces, and only one of us. After January 3, the service in the restaurant deteriorated. The staff's motivation system is such that they can clamp down on products. They will save more, which means they will take you home...... I rate the ocean at 5+. The water is perfect by all criteria. And this is the only thing for which you can put a 5. I rate the beach at 4, although after a slight disturbance of the ocean, the grass was thrown out and it was quickly removed. But the trash under the umbrellas can be cleaned. Sun beds!!!!! I'm posting a photo. It feels like homeless people are sleeping on them at night. Personally, I came to the beach before breakfast and selected the ones worthy of attention for my family. Of the 3 a la carte restaurants, the French one deserves attention. There is "Japanese," but sushi made from rice and boiled sausage is something new..... I did not collect compromising material and therefore did not take a photo of this miracle. Wine in a regular restaurant and in a la carte is the same thing. Ie + is normal. It's better to have champagne then. Americano in the restaurant will be poured from a coffee pot instantly, where at best there will be filter coffee, but generally some kind of swill. Order coffee from the waiters from the coffee machine. You can drink espresso. Take a lot of $1 bills with you. Alyonka's chocolate is loved here, but $ 1 is cheaper, and the effect of $ 1 is greater. Or exchange $ for pesos. The exchange rate is 1$=400pesso. Somewhere at the merchants, you can change 420- 430 . 500 pesos in tips is also normal. You can also leave 1,000 pesos for cleaning the room. Then they'll roll swans out of a towel for you. For $1 without swans. No need to spoil them with tips. $1-2 already solves all their problems very well. And big tips make them more arrogant. The area around the hotel is CLEAN. I noticed several times that the water was pouring there even in the dark after sunset. They didn't track or disconnect ....... the "Suitcase specialist" on the day of departure is busy with paid suitcase transportation from 12 o'clock and you can wait sooooo long for him at the baggage room. Therefore, hand over the key, put your suitcases in the lobby and eat and drink in peace before the bus arrives...... The hotel's infrastructure is good. But they don't know how to provide 5 star hotel service here....... I'm ready to return to Cuba, but to another hotel. Varadero with such an ocean is better than the vaunted Bali .......
