The hotel does not pull in 5 stars at all :(. In the morning I asked for a dental kit and a shaving machine - 45 minutes of waiting and 3 times I called and reminded. The order at the rumservice - instead of fanta, they brought a coke. Time 15:45 - the room is not cleaned :(. There is no shoe kit (brushes, spoons) or minibar in the room (it is empty, although 500 euros are blocked on the card upon arrival). The hotel's restaurant is open on schedule. At 11 a.m. or at 4 p.m. you will not be able to eat anywhere except in rumsevris. The location of the hotel is so-so. A 20-minute walk to the center. Well, this is what an air conditioner looks like, which not only makes a lot of noise, but also gets dirty!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, despite the super price for a standard room of 180 euros, the room is not large. Rude and unskilled staff. Bathroom accessories in the room are placed for one person. The breakfast is the same, we ate the same thing for three days. It seems that there is a variety, but every day there is the same...those who like monotonous monotony will do. For this price tag and even cheaper, we recommend choosing another hotel. Does not match the stated 5 stars. Maximum of 3.
