According to the guide, this is one of the two best hotels in the city. The location is quite good. We lived from September 1 to September 5, 2026, business trip, conference. The check-in took place without any problems. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Everyone is Russian-speaking, from the receptionist to the cleaning lady. The room is on the 10th floor. Basically, everything you need for life is there. Bathrobes, kettle, hairdryer, double bed, enough closet space to accommodate. The ironing board and iron are right next to each other in a niche near the entrance door in the hallway. The rooms are well cleaned. There is no toilet brush. An annoying little thing Unfortunately, I can't provide a photo of the room, we stopped by late at night tired. The trouble with the Internet. WiFi is extremely unstable. This caused me significant problems, since it is impossible to work without the Internet. The hammam and sauna are small and tired. This begs for an update. We worked for two days in a large conference room. This is one of the best conference rooms I've been to. High ceilings, a huge media screen with two vertical small screens on each side (it turns out only 5: one central and two vertical on each side). They sort of border the big screen. The ventilation in the hall is excellent. There are carpets on the floor, very comfortable. Sound equipment is on the level. The Internet was failing. It was adjusted only by the end of the first working day. There's plenty of room for coffee breaks! A Freedom Bank ATM is installed in the lobby of the first floor. It is unstable. I withdrew cash from it twice, but failed to withdraw it three times, as it was written that the ATM was not working. Overall, the hotel is decent, the features are described.

I was at the Hyatt Regency Dushanbe for a conference and was generally very satisfied. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are comfortable — you feel comfortable and cared for, which is especially important when the day is scheduled by the minute. The area is quiet, there are almost no shops, pharmacies or cafes nearby, but this did not spoil the impression at all. On the contrary, I walked every day by Komsomolsky Lake next to the hotel — an ideal place to reboot after events. And, of course, the stunning Kohi Navruz building is located very close by — a real pearl of Dushanbe. One of the disadvantages is a weak Internet connection. For a hotel of this level, this is definitely something worth improving, especially for guests who come for work. Otherwise, everything was fine. I would love to come back again.
