Objectively, the coffee is not bad, it may be a little bitter, but this is not very critical. We took an Ice Latte with syrup, but we didn't feel the syrup in either a small or medium portion of the word at all. We approached the barista and asked if we had added syrup, to which they replied that we just needed to mix. In the end, nothing changed, the syrup just wasn't there. The taste was saved only by cinnamon and sugar, thanks for that. We won't take any more coffee there.

I came with a purpose .to order raf, but the guys didn't have milk, they offered me to take ice drinks, listed them, I decided to take ice Americano with the addition of caramel syrup. As a result, they give me a hot drink, and to my question "why is it hot", they told me that I ordered it, I answered that there was no such thing, but they told me: "I asked you again about Americano with caramel syrup, and you said yes." I didn't argue, but I didn't take the coffee either. 3 rubles to nowhere. You see, if we are talking about the category of cold drinks at once, then it makes sense to make hot.

A large selection of syrups, they have now become paid, but still cheap. For a large Raf with syrup, I gave it around 3.50, and it's delicious! It's better than in a coffee shop in my neighborhood for the same 5 rubles, but it wasn't even Raf, but coffee with milk and something strange instead of syrup. But both girls stood in a stupor, as if they had never met with returns. 🚩It came to the order. The girls were talking quite loudly, not immediately paying attention. Part of the queue dispersed looking at it. The barista put on a grinding horn, went to jump and neigh to a colleague. When she finished chewing the Donut, she continued to work. The milk was beaten badly. The coffee came out too hot. The counter is a complete mess: the lids are mixed, sugar is in each compartment, there are no tubes. When they asked for a tube, the girl just stood up and howled, otherwise you can't say. "Thank you, I don't need a tube," to which the girl shouted: "HOW IS IT NOT NECESSARY?" But none of the workers moved from their place to replenish the rack. Terrible service. I didn't want to spoil the mood of the girls at the end of the shift and ask for a KZiP, although it would be worth it.
