For the shower, there are only 2 soaps and 2 shampoos in a bag that has not been washed and there is very little of it, it was designed for three people. Also, a note on breakfast. Because it's cool in the morning, breakfast has been moved to the room, which is the master kitchen and looks untidy. On the first morning, we were served breakfast for two, even though there were three of us. To my question, "why are there 2 plates, there are three of us?", they opened the cupboard with dishes and showed me the plates so that I could take the third one. However, no food was added)) After evaluating the breakfast, we decided that there was nothing much to achieve, because the breakfast was more than modest. In the photo, there were slippers in the rooms, but not in fact. There was a girl who didn't know we were coming. Upon check-in and after, they didn't even take their passports to look at. Before checking in and paying, they actively and quickly responded in the messenger, after booking they only read the messages, but did not respond. And we had 3 questions. The first one about the late check-out was not answered, but from 11 o'clock they looked into the room several times, without knocking. The second question was about breakfast on the second morning - breakfast was not served, the kitchen was closed, the lights were off, although the day before we were asked what time we should be served. The third question was a request to resolve the issue of silence. In the evening, at almost 22 o'clock, several men stopped by this guest house. They were talking very loudly, swearing very hard, discussing who had drunk and sobered up how many times. As we understood, after a call from one of the men, they were acquaintances of the owners. They were talking about replacing the mattress. Immediately after the call, judging by the sounds, they started to replace it. The noise message was also read, but not answered.
