The hotel should have been closed long ago, it's just terrible, there's not enough staff, everything is broken, dirty, there's almost no service. Dishes are greasy, dirty, cracked, appliances are naturally the same. The food was more or less there, you could find something, but in desserts there were often hair, midges, some kind of stuck insects. That's just terrible. No one has cleaned the room in 8 days, they talked every day and asked for cleaning, but it's pointless. After swearing, we were moved to the same room, but much cleaner. Dirt, garbage, and plates of waste have been lying around the hotel for weeks and no one cares. The pool is very cold, there is only one slide and it turns on very rarely. Definitely NOT with children. It can even be dangerous. The only distracting thing was that the sea was across the street. I had to eat somewhere else to avoid poisoning myself. I do not recommend it!!!

We had a vacation in July 2024! The usual 4! The main thing is that the air conditioners are new and work great! The bed linen is clean! The food is quite varied, lots of fruits and vegetables! A restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and the sea! Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere! The sea was simply amazing! The location is convenient for evening walks around the city! I flew in on a burning tour at the height of the season with my two sons for 90k all inclusive, so just great! All impressions add up in proportion to the money spent!))

My girlfriend and I have been vacationing at the Sun Fire Beach Hotel for a week now, and so far the impressions are very positive! ✔ Location – The hotel is located right by the sea, with its own clean beach. The sand is shallow, the entrance to the water is shallow – ideal for children. The buffet is varied: there are fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and children's options (pasta, nuggets, yoghurts). ✔ Animation – No ✔ Room – We live in a family room with two separate beds. Clean, cleaned almost every day, the air conditioner works perfectly. ✔ Territory – There is a swimming pool (with slides), a Playground and recreation areas with sun loungers. Queues at restaurants – Sometimes you have to wait, especially at lunch. ✖ Wi-Fi is paid throughout the hotel, even at the reception. The hotel is perfect for a budget holiday with children – the sea, food and entertainment are on the same level. I recommend it to families!
