The hotel is excellent, cozy, clean, with huge balconies, allowing you to have a great time with friends over dinner in the evenings, admiring the stunning views. It is located in a quiet place of Old Tbilisi, 5-7 minutes walking distance from the center. The breakfast is very tasty and varied (buffet). The rooms are cleaned daily, with replacement of bed linen and towels. We had a rest in 2 rooms. I recommend.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2025. It's a good place. The room is cozy and clean. Cleaning every day. The room has everything you need: a kettle, a tea set, a set of toothbrushes, toothpaste, a bathrobe, a hairdryer. The breakfasts are good. It was my favorite porridge! Everything is delicious and satisfying! You definitely won't miss lunch! Friendly attitude of the staff! The only disadvantage is that the hotel is located on a mountain. It 's hard to get up after a hearty meal in a restaurant . But this is offset by the beautiful view from the window! We were very satisfied! Thanks to all the staff for arranging our vacation!!!

I liked the hotel. Clean and cozy. Breakfast buffet - oatmeal porridge, eggs, cheeses, two types of khachapuri, once even the most tender fillet of fish in batter, delicious Viennese sausages, French fries, rice with vegetables and mushrooms, cottage cheese, croissants, dried fruits, several types of jam, honey and much more. The staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect cleaning every day. After the third night, the bed linen was changed. Bottles of water were left in the room every day. Thank you so much for this attitude towards the guests.

Nice hotel. The old town is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel itself only has breakfast, there is no restaurant or bar, and there is no spa, but this is compensated by the location. Very satisfying: from amazing slicing to hot (varied and very tasty, especially steamed vegetables). Wonderful pastries (just melts in your mouth) and coffee. You can ask him to make it in the coffee machine on the bar right in the restaurant (you can choose anything). The location of the hotel is convenient. Yes, it is located on a mountain, which is still worth the trouble to climb, but it is next to the bath area (Abanotubani) and literally a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and the Botanical Garden. Transport is nearby (buses run without problems). For a comfortable stay without worries, I recommend this hotel. Once again, many thanks to the staff and administration!
