The hotel is within walking distance from the sights of Batumi, 5-10 minutes walk to the beach.The room was cleaned every day, there was always drinking water, an electric kettle and disposable tea bags + coffee bags. We had a vacation in July 2025. It's a very cool hotel. Service for 10 points. Every day there is water, coffee, tea, towels, shower gels. Change of linen as you ask. Very clean, cleaning every day, the room is large, everything in the room is a washing machine, microwave, stove, kettle, dishes. The location of the hotel is very convenient, everything is within walking distance, 5 minutes to the sea. The hotel is located in a beautiful location. All the sights are 10-20 min. The hosts are wonderful people, they help with any issue. Batumi is a beautiful city. I recommend the hotel to everyone, we want to return next year.

Everything is fine, except for the rooms with a view of the gaming club-the courtyard. It is impossible to sleep , the local youth chat loudly all night right under the window. The area is wonderful, but be careful when choosing a room at this hotel.
