The worst experience in our eurotrip! I don't even know where to start... tired and hungry, we arrived from the train station to check in at 14:00, as expected. After 40 minutes, an Italian woman who works there as a cleaner and settles the guests in parallel came to the reception, we immediately told her that we did not know Italian and communicated with her in English, which she did not know at all from the word and our whole dialect, then she would stupidly speak Italian and not even try to understand us ... First, she took pictures of our passports, sent them to someone, rechecked our pdf confirmation file 10 times, and poked at the sign 10 more times so that we could call the owner at some number, who in turn did not respond to all our requests.... During this An Italian man also tried to check in for an exciting show, who couldn't stand it and started shouting at her VERY loudly and almost throwing his fists at her, she gave him the key out of fear... Then this woman disappeared somewhere and other English-speaking guests came out and reported that they had a similar nonsense and we can take any kind of reception. key in and go choose your room... We did so, but nothing worked out for us, so we went to continue dealing with this woman. After 2-3 hours of this circus, she gave us the key, we threw off our things and finally went to eat, BUT by that time everything was already closed, there was NOTHING nearby, the nearest place with food is a 20-minute walk away, okay, tolerable.. When we returned to the room, we found out that our TV and air conditioning were not working, but we had no desire to go deal with this Italian woman ... We opened the window and ... lo and behold, we are on the ground floor and it overlooks the roadway and pedestrian area and everyone can perfectly see us from the street.. We had breakfast paid for, and what do you think happened in the morning? No breakfast.... On this day, an English-speaking guy was already working at the reception, who just apologized endlessly and could not do anything about the situation, asked us to call the same number, but, again, no one answers it ... no one is going to return the money, while they charge an additional fee - city tax, 6 euros per person per night. All the guests we met here had scandals at the reception - someone's toilet was leaking, strangers were coming into someone's room, someone was also not working, someone was just like us without breakfast. One American woman said that she got through to that number and they just laughed at her objections.. Disgusting place, disgusting location, disgusting staff, never seen anything like this before. Although the hotel itself is outwardly pleasant, the service is simply the worst...
