Nice hotel. The windows overlook the street. The rooms are not very large, but they have a balcony. They are equipped with everything necessary for living. It is a 15-minute walk from the metro. The center is also within walking distance in 10 minutes. I took a point for a meager breakfast. I recommend it!

The location is great! The central square is a 10-minute walk away, and the metro is 3 minutes away. The only thing that was confusing was the intermittent smell of cigarettes... they still didn't understand where the siren's hum came from at night (maybe some part is nearby), but if you don't bother, then it's quite good!

Excellent hotel, everything you need is within walking distance. I was disappointed by the close location of the station (it is quite dirty and there are a lot of homeless people), but in general the place is quite tolerable.
