Silence, peace. The mattress is new and comfortable. Sleeping is super! The food in the dining room is wonderful for that kind of money! Shop nearby, bus stop nearby, sea nearby. And the fact that the appearance of the sanatorium is not very presentable is probably a matter of time. And this does not interfere with a great rest. Thanks to Svetlana and Zurab!

The food is decent , delicious , but the breakfasts are monotonous . Even the renovated rooms will not outweigh the depressing appearance that the building itself produces

Good afternoon, we had a rest with my husband in WILLOW from 05/22.23 to 05/26.23. The hotel is located in the Sanaa sanatorium, on the 2nd floor. The building looks shabby from the street (of course it needs good hands, and it will just be great, I mean about the Sanaa sanatorium itself) inside, I personally plunged into my distant childhood, everything is sabdepovian there (photo below). But the room is no longer savdepovsky, everything is done clean and tidy, I really liked it! We got 18. Nice big room, with a huge balcony!!!! At least put a sunbed and sunbathe! Everything is standard in the room, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle, glasses and if you need something from the dishes, you can ask Svetlana, they seem to have everything!!! A large double bed with clean bed linen. Toilet, shower are all clean. The Wi-Fi is pretty passable, but we connected not to WILLOW itself, but to Sana, the password is the same. Many reviews write about the owner Zurab Mikhailovich and Svetlana, very sincere people are always ready to help. They greeted us friendly, Zurab Mikhailovich treated us to cognac and a cup of wine. Going out onto the street and crossing the road immediately Gagra Bank, a 2-storey shopping center where everything is!!!! To the left of the entrance there are Hydrogen sulfide baths in 7 minutes, we went to the far one, it is state-owned, and along the road it is private and accordingly the prices are different in the state-250 rubles, in private-600. For animal lovers, of course, they are here and there are not a few of them, last year there were more dogs, but unfortunately they were eliminated. Let's be kinder, it's not their fault that they were born on the street. A bag of food, sausages, etc. will not take much away from us, but for them it is food, whatever it is. Dogs are not aggressive, calm and very friendly. And we must not forget about the water for them, in the heat it is very necessary!!!! It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, depending on which step to take, I personally reached it in 7 minutes, along the way there are shops with souvenirs, fruit in glasses, cafes. We ate all 5 days in Zhemchuzhina, the price tag there is certainly not particularly cheap, but the food is delicious. On average, it took 3,000 for 2 adults for breakfast and dinner with alcohol, I'll attach the menu below, but also an example of the bill, at least how we ate There are 200 sun beds on the beach, an umbrella is also 200, we took two sun beds and an umbrella, it came out 600 rubles, this is for the whole day, regardless of the fact that you can leave and come back later, if your sunbed is occupied, you can take another one. Wi-Fi on the beach is normal, but when people add up, they slowly start to die 🙃 But in conclusion, I want to say that we absolutely liked everything, we would have returned back to WILLOW, certainly YES!!!
