A great hotel, with a swimming pool (heated pool), in bad weather we hung out there. Close to the sea 5 min walk. The location is wonderful, in the very center of Kobuleti, near many cafes and restaurants, within walking distance of the market, currency exchanges, museum. A good-natured hostess, the breakfasts are monotonous (eggs, omelette, pasta, 2 types of sausage or sausages, rice, raw vegetables, cheese, porridge, tea, coffee, lemonade, butter, pita bread)- you can choose what to eat. I took off the star only because the Internet was not working well, but we were on the first floor near the reception, maybe there is good Internet on other floors. You can buy delicious homemade wine, chacha, delicious cheese, and churchkhella from the hostess's sister.

We lived in this room, we liked everything (almost ) There is a nice beach nearby, cafes, and places to walk with children. The breakfasts are delicious, everything is fresh , the rooms are clean , generally good family rooms But there is one thing! It was really not pleasant ! The staff is very rude, especially those who were at breakfast, it felt like you were taking the last piece from them.. The only negative is the staff! I wish you to be more hospitable

Many thanks to the staff of the Iris Hotel for a wonderful 8 days on the Black Sea coast of Georgia (two Belarusian families vacationed from August 16 to 24, 2025, rooms 31 and 402). Excellent hotel, excellent location, attentive and helpful staff, and the food is beyond praise-special thanks to Nana and a low bow. Iris is a place that you definitely want to return to!!!
