We stayed at this hotel from 08/12/2025 to 08/22/2025 and this is one of the best options that can be found in Kobuleti. Ideally located- 2 minutes to the sea at a slow pace, the road and bus stops can be reached anywhere. We walked the entire embankment on purpose and our side of the hotel is better than the other, and there is a market with groceries nearby (5 minutes) and the exchange rates are better. On both sides of the hotel there are mini park areas, a swimming pool, benches and a local museum. The most luxurious rooms with balconies, large rooms with their own large terraces, a large communal roof. Downstairs there is a hall- dining room with a kitchen, refrigerators, you can cook for yourself. You can wash things in stiplocks for a little money. The room has a separate toilet with a shower, a closet, a mini fridge, a TV, and air conditioning. The territory is very clean, constantly cleaned, equipped with recreation areas and you can play table tennis. And the most important thing is that the very friendly owners of the hotel warmly welcomed and saw us off, and we had a large company and everyone was delighted with the rest in this place!

Excellent hotel, very clean, the ground floor is a cozy recreation area for a large company and not only. There is a kitchen, all utensils, washing machine and dryer, refrigerator in the room. Location in the very center, 5 minutes walk to the sea. The hostess Tamara is a very pleasant woman. We had a vacation in May, and there was a gorgeous garden with flowering amellias next to the house. I really liked everything! I recommend it!!!!
