We go to the Grokhman to a wonderful Russian-speaking senior manager, who turned out to be even more rude, she sticks her nose into the economy room and says that your rooms (standard) are not there, despite the fact that we booked them in the summer! And again, he sends it to the sellers in the "island" for disassembly. As a result, the vacation is overshadowed. The ends were never found. They asked for at least a transfer to Verona as a bonus, which they were sent far and for a long time. Guys, be careful with these hotels and their common owner. Nae*ывают just on the way!!!
