I stayed at the snow camp hotel from January 4-10, 2026. After reading the negative reviews, I prepared myself for the worst and in vain! Yes, the hotel is without luxury and pathos, but the rooms are clean, cozy, and most importantly - warm! Heat is a big problem in rocky hotels. There is also a bathtub in the room! This is a huge rarity for a hotel, even the most expensive one. I would like to mention the food in the restaurant separately - we had breakfast and dinner. It's satisfying and varied, even compared to the resorts, especially the tourist ones. We ate from our bellies! And the hotel has a cool, warm and smiling team - they will always come to the rescue. The most important thing is that the restoration of the buildings has begun, which is encouraging, which means that next season will be even better. If you are not planning to stay in a hotel for days, but are looking for a home room and delicious food - you are here, and it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the center. I recommend the hotel, by the way, they also have very cheap and fast washing and ironing, which is very convenient!

We stayed at this hotel from May 25 to May 28, 2026. It's a terrible hotel. What are the 4 calls? A maximum of 2. It feels like I returned to my pioneer childhood and ended up in a pioneer camp. There's mold in the tub, and the shower head is clogged with scale. The rooms have 1 outlet for the entire room. They don't give you water. There is a kettle. Breakfast at the hotel for a maximum of 3. You have to stand in line for coffee. The choice of dishes is extremely boring. The dinner is very modest, there are no drinks from the word "absolutely", you can buy beer and tea, coffee at the bar. There is a small shop next to the hotel with more or less adequate prices. I do not recommend the hotel
