Это была наша первая поездка в Беларусь, и мы рады, что знакомство с Минском началось с этого отеля! Очень радушный персонал - и девушки на ресепшене, и работники ресторана были очень внимательны и радушны, очень приятное впечатление, ощущение, что все стараются и хотят угодить. Наш номер был на втором этаже, просторный, удобная большая кровать, большой чистый санузел с набором косметики и добротными полотенцами, халатами. Завтраки разнообразные и сытные, приятно удивило наличие икры и шампанского, что с самого утра зарядило чудесным настроением. Расположение шикарное, удобно было пешком добираться до знаковых мест. I stayed at this hotel from April 10 to April 15. An oasis of luxury and peace! We checked in before 2 p.m., and a nice girl at the reception named Ksenia told us everything and showed us. The room was on the third floor with a balcony. A large comfortable bed with soft pillows and orthopedic mattress. The room has all the amenities, bathrobes, slippers, a cosmetic set in the bathroom. There is a tea station. The only small disadvantage is that there is no instant coffee in the bags. The breakfast is a rich buffet with caviar and champagne, and the restaurant's visitors are amused by a parrot named Pepper, a favorite of the staff and guests. You can drink delicious coffee in the hotel lobby late at night, there are two baristas, both professionals, but the younger one with dark hair is just a virtuoso, cappuccino and cocktails are delicious. The security service is invisible, and that's the essence of its job. There are no strangers in the hotel. The male doorman with a sweet accent always helps with the luggage and is genuinely happy when you return to the hotel after a walk. The hotel has many restaurants of Belarusian and Czech, as well as European cuisine nearby, there is a local McDuck, everything is close and convenient. There are three metro stations nearby. I would also like to return to this amazingly hospitable hotel.
