Naturally, we saw the photos of the hotel and didn't expect anything special at all, the goal was to spend the night and leave. The front door to the hotel was not immediately discovered (it is on the right side of the building). We settled in quickly. The young man at the reception did not speak Russian, but conducted a dialogue in English. A few moments later, a man of 60+ came in and started talking in broken Russian. The first thing we did was check the hot water in the room. They turned on the faucet – there was no hot water, stood for a while until it leaked, checked in the shower – the same situation. Let's go inform the reception. A man of 60+ went with us to the room and started telling us something like that the water needed to be spilled, turned on the faucet and said we had to wait. Well ok. After a few minutes of spilling, the water did indeed become warmer, but no more. This man also turned on the water through the shower watering can, saw that it was clogged and the water was barely flowing, went somewhere and brought a new watering can. 👍🏼 That is, before using a shower with comfortable water, you need to turn it on and wait or stand in the shower with cold water for 5 minutes if you forgot about it. Personally, it was uncomfortable for me to wash in not very warm water, and even wait before that. And at the moment it may turn icy again and you will stand and wait again. But okay, I can put up with it once, I thought, thinking that now it's over, I'm going to lie down in a clean bed and fall asleep. But when I started packing, I was horrified. One pillow with bloodstains, the other with yellow and gray ones. The whole sheet is stained, yellow, red, brown... it's disgusting. There was no desire to go to the reception frozen after a shower and in sleeping clothes and try to figure it out, and it was not a fact that there would be a result. In general, the impression is completely ruined, and so is a pleasant dream. It's disgusting. I thought I'd put a towel on the stains so it wouldn't be so disgusting, but))) each towel is also stained) As a result, she dried herself with her own, thrown into a suitcase "just in case." There are 2 tubes of shampoo and 2 bars of soap in the bathroom, but no gel. But 3 rolls of thick and soft paper. The walls in the room are dirty, scratched, the curtains are torn, the refrigerator has not been washed since the building was built, probably the window outside has not been washed since the same time. But this is all expected. There is an air conditioner and a battery under the window, I don't know about their working capacity. The room smells of some kind of Soviet old age and smoking, also not very pleasant. There is parking for 6 cars near the entrance, it was completely empty in the evening, we got up without any problems. Our windows faced the road, and conversations on the street could be heard as if the window were open. But you can watch the car from the window, parking is right under the window. There is a normal elevator, despite the small number of floors. *the water did not become warm in the morning, even after spilling for 30 minutes. It's hard to sleep, cars are driving all night, honking, screaming

Convenient location, 15 minutes by taxi from Kutaisi airport. Pleasant, friendly staff. The rooms are modest, but very clean and warm. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is an elevator. The breakfast was just great! Upon check-in, they were given slippers.
