We absolutely loved our stay! The room was very clean, with amazingly soft bed,air-conditioning, a smart TV and a mini fridge (we used it for store-bought coffee and juices). Everything looked and felt brand new. The service was exceptional, cleaning every day and friendly at the reception. The room could use a hanging rack for clothes (at the door, to hang the jackets; although there was a wardrobe it would be more convenient this way) and for towels (in the bathroom). We will definitely stay there again once we visit Batumi once more. Thank you!

It's just a great hotel. Spacious room, panoramic Windows. Fresh renovation, good furniture, everything is clean. Nice bed and bed linen. A clean bath. Cleaning every day. They change towels, water, paper, etc. The location is excellent, close to currency exchanges, shops and restaurants. The staff is polite and goes to meet your wishes. It's rare to find hotels with such quality at such a price. There are no disadvantages. We will come back again.

I really liked the hotel: Nice room Daily cleaning The staff speaks some Russian. They provided water, tea, coffee, and sugar every day. From what I didn't like: During the month of my stay, I got into a cold shower 3-4 times (there was no hot water)
