I stayed at this hotel in April of this year. I liked everything very much. I recommended this hotel to all my friends. Clean, cozy, comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. The maids do their job well, they are helpful. The breakfasts are good in terms of a set of products. For 2 stars it is very good. The hotel is located near one of the main thoroughfares of the city - Avenue Jean-Medsan. It is very convenient to get to the embankment and the Old Town by tram. The train station is nearby, but the streets around the hotel are quiet. Very comfortable accommodation. There is a large grocery supermarket nearby on Jean-Medsan. Nice is very nice in the spring. There are streets with blooming, wonderful-smelling trees and shrubs. It was wonderful!

Nice hotel. It's clean everywhere. Quietly. The only drawback is that you need to walk to the center of the city for 7 minutes.
