Excellent hotel in the old town, we are staying there for the second year in a row. The rooms are clean and stylish. For a family of 2 adults + a child, we took a family room. Large, cozy, towels/bathrobes/slippers. The breakfasts are acceptable, on the roof with a wonderful view of the city. For those who arrive by car, you can park nearby in the city parking lot. Preferably English, but this year, the staff of different shifts communicated with us in Russian without any problems. The staff is polite and helpful at the reception and at breakfast in the restaurant. We checked in at about 2 a.m., the hotel's reservation flew off, but we were quietly accommodated in our room until morning. Everything was decided in the morning, the reservation was confirmed, and we took another day. As long as we travel by car, we always adhere to the rule: if you treat the staff with respect and kindness, we will be treated the same way. Thank you all, Hotel 5

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. One of the advantages is the localization of the hotel (old town, walking distance to the beach), a cozy room that fully corresponds to the description and photos; a properly functioning air conditioner. On the downside: wi-fi was terrible on the 4th floor, hot water was turned off every other day for a long time, a very meager and monotonous breakfast, even coffee only in bags. But the most terrible situation is the mold we found on the sliced bread, we drew the attention of the kitchen staff to this, but no action was taken. The next day, there was only more mold on the bread. And only after contacting the hotel administration, this situation was corrected. Overall, the impression of the hotel is negative

One of the advantages: the location in the tourist center, there are many attractions and a beautiful area around, restaurants for every taste Cons: the floor is icy, there is another house a couple of meters from the window, so the sun does not get in and does not heat, the room is cold, the air conditioner does not heat up, there is nowhere to dry the laundry and it does not dry out because of the cold, the shower water is leaking in the bathroom, the entire floor is wet, cleaning is only on request (sign on the door number handle) I don't want to come back here again, even for one night.
