This small hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station. The building is small, the staff is excellent. The room is in Venetian style, the plumbing is new, which is very nice. There is no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast is currently not offered either, but a few meters away is the famous Rio Marin pastry shop in the area. The rooms don't have the best sound insulation: you can hear the neighbors. But overall, the place is beautiful.

A lovely little hotel, very conveniently located.From Santa Lucia station 7 minutes on foot, it stands on the canal, but in a quiet place.The room is standard with vintage furniture, there is no refrigerator, no kettle either.The breakfasts are good continental with excellent coffee
