Pros: location across the street from the beach, next to the bus stop; gorgeous sea view, good breakfasts (in the sense it is quite possible to eat), inexpensive. Cons: there is no elevator (5 floors), small rooms, dirty hallway, breakfasts across the street (though not well-lived).

Suitable only for students. It resembles a converted dormitory. No TV, no refrigerator, bare walls. Only air conditioning is available.Meals at a nearby hotel. But the beach is less than 5 minutes away.
