The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of the historical part of Istanbul, next to the T1 tram line and the park, within walking distance from the seaport and famous attractions. We lived on the 5th floor, and even the elevator was working. Breakfast was included, rather monotonous, but we ate too much. Room cleaning every other day. They left 5 lire as a bonus, but they were not touched. The audibility is strong, but it didn't bother us, we walked all day and slept very soundly. The only downside was a hot water outage, but it happened 1 time. The price is pleasant. In general, we are satisfied with our stay at the hotel, I recommend it!

Positive:very helpful and friendly Russian-speaking staff.We are staying at this hotel for the second time.They welcomed us like family and felt at home. The location is close to a tram stop and attractions. You can always ask for extra cleaning, a blanket, etc. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you will never leave hungry. The rooms are simple, small, but clean and cozy. There is a small cafe on the 1st floor where you can have lunch and dinner.everything is always delicious and fresh. We would like to express our special gratitude to the staff-administrators, especially Ahmed and Yusup, and special thanks to the maid Sveta.Thank you for your hard work and attention! Friendly, helpful staff from A to Z. The restaurant managers offer tea every five minutes, I don't drink that much tea. I understand that it's customary there, but I'm sorry if I offended you. The hotel itself matches its stars in terms of interior design. Repairs, of course, are not enough. But these are small things. After all, we didn't come to sit in the room, but to walk around the city. I liked everything! Every morning I woke up to the delicious smell of baking for breakfast. Gorgeous! I would especially like to mention and express my gratitude to the maid. Towels were changed daily. Thank you for your hard work. The only thing I didn't like was how the restart managers rated me. If a woman comes somewhere without a man, even having children probably doesn't scare you. Why do you think that I disrespect myself and my body? Why did you decide that you can offer me unworthy things? I didn't give any reason. It really offended me. I came to see the city, the sights, get acquainted with the culture and nothing more. And all these hints - sorry, not my story. To sum up: overall, everything is fine. I wish all the staff of the hotel a wonderful mood, good and adequate guests.
