In fact, it's a very decent hotel, especially if you take into account the area where it is located. Surrounded by dilapidated houses, he looks literally like a chic dandy at a market in a rundown village. I'm exaggerating a little, of course, because nearby is the gorgeous Trinity Church with a magnificent park, where it's definitely worth going for a walk. To "civilization", including the metro, restaurants, exchangers and shops, it is a 10-minute walk from the mountain. It is more difficult to go back, because the slope is quite steep and 10 minutes can easily turn into 15, or even more. The rooms are not large, but they are neat, tastefully decorated and clean (like the whole hotel in general).Everything is fine, everything is working. One of the shortcomings is the bathroom: firstly, it is a shower cabin, which is not equipped with either a door or a curtain and, when used, fills everything around up to the toilet bowl. Secondly, the shelf above the sink is positioned so that it hangs over half of the sink so that it bends over to wash, for example, it is not possible to demolish this shelf without risk. In general, the design here obviously did not "consult" with ergonomics and common sense at all. The breakfasts are quite decent. The assortment is not fancy, but it is quite diverse: there are meat cuts, vegetables, fruits, porridges, and pastries of some kind. In general, there is nothing to complain about. There is a good restaurant on the top floor of the hotel. The range of food and drinks, of course, is not as rich as in more crowded places of the city, but everything is delicious, fast, and neat. One of the disadvantages is the price tag: for a simple dinner for two with one bottle (!) of 0.33 l beer, they paid 110 GEL, which is almost 1.5 times more expensive than can be expected in this area of the city. In general, I can recommend the hotel to anyone who comes to the city for 4-5 days and is able to walk from the subway to a steep mountain or spend money on a taxi returning home.

Advantages that overshadow many things: stunning views of Tbilisi, a quiet historical area (with a minimum of tourists), a temple with peacocks and a walking area nearby. Everything is new and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is decent. The metro station is about 10 minutes on foot. Cons: The double room is very small (can't turn around). Shower is a separate song: there is no sideboard, just a hole in the floor, water is pouring in all directions. Plus the smell of sewage in the bathroom. It's sad. But well done for the service: they change the water every day, clean up, there is a mini-bar, a smart TV, a kettle and a capsule coffee machine (capsules can be ordered separately). Location: on a mountain (the view is beautiful, but the climb is uphill). A bus met us and took us away, we didn't have to carry our luggage — we were lucky here.

The hotel was built fresh in 2023, finishing, equipment, furniture, new and modern appliances. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable in location. The elevator is working. The staff is not visible- and this is good- the main thing is order and cleanliness in the room ... Breakfast in the basement is a buffet- plentiful with Georgian hospitality! Everything is very tasty! We are located on the 5th floor and are in great demand among local majors, but it does not interfere with the rest of the residents. There is a small green courtyard with tables, but the rain did not allow you to enjoy this advantage. The hotel is located next to the largest church in Tbilisi of the Holy Trinity on the mountain!

The hotel is located on a mountain, for hikers the return journey may seem insurmountable)), but, as they say, a taxi will help! As it is, it's almost the city center, great views of the city, Avlabari metro station, currency exchange offices, pharmacies, cafes, and market shops are all nearby.

A wonderful hotel! We lived on the 3rd floor, very clean room, cleaned daily, towels are changed daily! There is a kettle, water, tea and coffee in the room. A small refrigerator is available. The breakfasts are delicious: vegetables, fruits, nuts, cheeses - in my opinion, everything is enough. The staff is very friendly, they will prompt and tell you everything. Location - 10 minutes to the city center, you go down to the city, but from the city you climb to the top (perhaps it is critical for someone). There is a terrace downstairs where you can sit and drink coffee in warm weather. We are satisfied!

Nice new hotel. Nice rooms. Nice friendly reception (Russian, English). Upstairs (on the 5th floor) there is a nice panoramic restaurant with live music. The breakfast is simple but delicious. Opposite is the main Georgian Cathedral, an amazingly beautiful temple. The only drawback is that it will be difficult for people of age to get there on foot, they need to climb 500 meters from the Ablabari metro station. But there are a lot of shops and cafes along the way, and even 2 Spars, if you take your time, you can even get some satisfaction. Again, taxis in Tbilisi are not terribly expensive.

Great hotel! We were in it twice, my wife and I liked everything! We arrived in Tbilisi in the morning and were immediately checked in, we were not expected for 14 hours. Everything is meticulously clean, daily cleaning. The staff is polite and friendly! There are always 2 bottles of water, tea, and coffee in the room. There is a refrigerator, a safe. We had breakfast and were very satisfied. You won't regret taking it! The restaurant on the 5th floor is always full of people, there are beautiful views of the city.

Better dial the address 21. Or look for the hotel icon on the map. In general, the error is not critical with a difference of 200 meters, but due to the narrow streets, traffic jams and jostling, it is still not pleasant. Essentially: A very decent hotel for your money. Parking is spontaneous in the courtyard. But finding a place wasn't a problem. The breakfast is standard (buffet, omelets, pancakes, sausages, fruits, and so on). Who cares - the metro is very close. There is a classic Georgian fruit and bread trade in the alleys , etc. One of the disadvantages for me personally is the old neighborhood. There are abandoned houses around, dilapidated, dilapidated, etc. Well, the audience is accordingly suitable. On the one hand, the local flavor conveys for the tourist, but we in Russia have already become accustomed to civilization, and there is no desire to return to the devastation :)))

I am currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is just wonderful! It is very cozy, clean and everything is tasteful. The staff is very caring, responds to requests instantly. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Not far from the center, but it is quiet. The view from the restaurant is great! The food in the restaurant is delicious, but unfortunately there is no national cuisine, but desserts. What can be improved? Unless you add smaller pillows, those that are too big, so they are not comfortable, but an excellent mattress!

Nice cozy hotel, everything is almost like in the photo. I lived on the 2nd floor, in November the battery was burning like crazy, I opened the windows for ventilation. The neighbors (the private sector) smoked a separate advantage, but there was no smell of tobacco) delicious food for breakfast, including local food. excellent view of the city and mountains, especially in the evening.

For the fall of 2025. The hotel is new, but everything is done stupidly: as for the rooms, you go to the shower, the floor of the entire bathroom is one big puddle, the mattresses are too soft - you lie like in a cocoon, it's uncomfortable to sleep; in the hotel itself, the top floor is a restaurant, they bang until 02:00 at night, then they say goodbye noisily for half an hour at the entrance, it's impossible to sleep. I don't recommend it.

Terrible hotel. The first number is hair in the bathtub and a wild stench. The second room was given, I slept in a hat at night, the toilet flowed out onto the floor. They gave me the third room - someone bit me at night, all my hands were covered in pimples, hellish mold, everything was broken, the walls were dirty, the towels were gray, the curtains were dirty. It's terribly unpleasant. The location is good, the view is gorgeous from the terrace. But I will not advise anyone!!!

I do not recommend the hotel. Today we checked into the room and it smelled like some kind of rotten stuff. We were asked to change the room, the girl from the reception refused us, due to the fact that there were allegedly no available rooms. In reality, the hotel is empty. They settled on the 2nd floor, a view of the crumbling neighboring houses, nothing beautiful. In the room, in general, the painting is torn off the wall, just remnants of glue all over the wall. There were no normal cosmetics in the room (there was one lone jar of shampoo, and we had 2 girls with long hair!), no soap, no ear sticks, no shower gel, in short, nothing at all. They asked to bring it, the reception made surprise eyes and said that they had nothing, they only gave soap. Where has this been seen in 4-star hotels? The room area is very small, and nothing is provided for drying, even underpants and socks. Breakfast is in their basement! You just need to understand that you will not have breakfast on a beautiful terrace. The location is generally sad, you have to walk uphill for 15-20 minutes from the center along hellstones and roads with pits and dogs. Please do not make our mistake, it seems that the hotel has deteriorated very much and no longer corresponds to the good reviews that I received at the beginning of my work.

To say that the hotel disappointed is to say nothing. The first huge disadvantage is the location. The hotel is on a mountain in the area of Georgian Armenians, it takes about 15 minutes to climb up. In the Tbilisi heat, it's just torture. We took a taxi. The staff is absolutely not friendly, disinterested, did not tell anything. No where the breakfasts are, nothing. And by the way, they are in the basement, which is very cold and refuse to make the air conditioner warmer. I had to have breakfast in warm sweaters. When asked to bring extra soap, they said that there was none. When the toilet paper ran out, they said they would not be able to bring it, since there was one person at the reception and he could not leave his workplace. Average breakfasts are fine. The rooms are nice, but very small. A very uncomfortable shower room, without a door, everything flows into the toilet. Every taxi driver who drove us asked: where did you find this hotel at all??? The photos on the Internet are beautiful, in fact everything is much simpler.
