The hotel was created after the construction of the building. They keep the rooms perfectly clean. There are breakfasts. They cook right there in the kitchen. Everything is clean and comfortable. We've already stayed with their family a couple of times. My daughter, who lives in Tbilisi, came. They did not charge money for an additional place, only 10 lari for breakfast. Very hospitable reception. The impression was good. If we are still in Batumi, we will stop right there again. 👍

Great location, amazing view from the window, we lived on the 24th floor.There are many shops and cafes nearby.Everything is within walking distance, and most importantly the promenade for walking.

Good location, courteous staff, good breakfasts, cozy rooms (apartments). Everything that was in the booking description was in the room. The only thing I would like to ask is that we prepare different porridges for breakfast (not only Hercules). During the 10 days of our stay, there were no incidents or unpleasant moments.
