On the first day, when we checked in, we were given some kind of room in the basement, which is different from the photos on the booking. When I came over to ask why the room was in such a deplorable state, the woman at the reception started yelling at me that it was my own fault for choosing such a room and for such a price, what do we want at all. Then they told me to go look for a room somewhere else. Rudeness in this hotel is above service. Also, before checking in, I asked if a later eviction was available at 6 p.m., to which I received an affirmative answer. On the day of the eviction, we were kicked out at 11 a.m., saying that we had misunderstood everything. Also, this hotel did not give any checks while accepting cash payments. In the photo, it is the woman who allows herself rudeness and disrespect towards visitors.
