I ordered bed linen and made a mistake with the size of the sheet. Thank you so much to the staff who met us halfway and changed the sheet to the right size. This was the third set of bed linen that I ordered from Homely. All sets are from different collections. I am happy with everyone, especially the bedding, which does not need ironing. I recommend this manufacturer!

Unfortunately, 4 months later, the bed linen from the classic Satin collection rolled off. The description of the product does not correspond to reality, the price for such quality is clearly too high. There is no question of any 10 years of service :/

I ordered a set of bed linen. He gave me the dimensions, a mattress, and a blanket. As a result, a sheet with an elastic band can sit on the mattress practically without turning under it, with such a "creak", as if an extra 5 cm of fabric will bring millions of profits to the owners. The duvet cover is the same problem, they gave the size of the blanket, and they noticed that they would not like the blanket to "lose its temper" inside. We were assured that the craftsmen know everything, they will give us a reserve for shrinkage, etc. As a result, the blanket does not fit into the duvet cover, or rather it breaks in length by about 5 cm.. Again, is it a cut in favor of the earnings of the owners of the "business" or a jamb of execution? I fell for the advertisement (after reading an interview with one of the owners)...quality... individual approach...high standards. The same ikea factory is a cut above, but the trouble is, their duvet covers are sewn to their standard of blankets, and they don't fit the euro. In general, the conclusion is that there are a lot of show-offs, but the quality is so-so ... I do not recommend it. P.S. I want to add a little: I wrote a negative review (see above) without hoping for a dialogue with the manufacturer, because the operation of the product is associated with certain requirements (first of all, care and temperature conditions of washing), and it is not possible to prove that you followed them, so, strictly speaking, I just said what I thought, without trying to-then prove it to someone. Surprisingly, there was a backlash from the manufacturer to the recall. A small dialogue took place, as a result of which the manufacturer acknowledged the mistakes made. Which actually surprised me, because I repeat, I was sure that the position would be: "you did not wash correctly and because of this, the shrinkage turned out to be more than the calculated one," well, like, the fool himself. ) And in fact, the manufacturer insisted that I replace (redesign) the kit completely. In general...what I can say is that customer orientation and feedback are at a fairly high level, as well as handling complaints... Quality...Hmmm, well, I still have questions about satin (specifically canvas). Subjectively, the quality of the competitors will be higher than the copy I purchased. Time will tell what's in the stitched set, I haven't used it yet...but here, rather, the questions are to the suppliers of the fabric, rather than to the manufacturer of the product.
