Good day!I want to tell you a little about my trip to the beautiful country of Belarus.At the end of February, we visited the international exhibition with our ponytails.We contacted Home apart, contacted the staff, explained how we could get to the exhibition better and closer, and found excellent accommodation for us at 12b Makayenko Street.God, we were so thrilled !!!,you open the door of the apartment and the smell of cleanliness, snow-white linens,towels, everything you needed was complete, maybe it was a small thing, but it was very nice to have coffee,tea, sugar, napkins,the whole kitchen is equipped,cleanliness,comfort!!!It was a pleasure to stay with you, we will definitely be back. The staff is always in touch, thank you for your help.I wish you all the best, be healthy, and good luck!!!!!And see you later!!!!

We had a family vacation (4 people) in Minsk from January 3 to January 7, 2025. We rented a 2-room apartment at Home Apart on Mstislavets St., 6 on the 7th floor. The apartment and the stay left very pleasant impressions. Despite our demands for cleanliness, smells, and order, everything was perfect here: the entrance was clean and beautiful, the apartment had a cozy, modern renovation, no foreign odors, snow-white linen and towels, the apartment has everything you need for living, from dishes to appliances. The whole family was satisfied. We will definitely recommend "Home Apart" to our friends. Thanks ❤

Through this office, we rented a large apartment on Belorusskaya 15 in Minsk, initially we did not like that the cancellation without a fine for 1 month and an advance payment of 50% of the cost, in our case we agreed on 25%, but it was still almost 16,000. I liked the apartment from the photo and therefore agreed. Check-in is no problem, but be prepared to come to their office to sign a contract. I liked the apartment, but when I moved in on the 1st floor, all the floors were sticky and streaked (I had to wash them), the view from the window is beautiful, but it would be even more beautiful if the windows were clean, otherwise everything is fine. The last day of our stay was approaching and we were reminded that the eviction was at 11:00, I politely asked if there would be an opportunity to check out at 12:00, to which I was given the answer that the apartment was booked for that day and they needed time to put things in order, no questions, we understand everything, let's go home, on the way I wrote that they had left, that I liked everything and pointed out the flaws, the reaction is 0. Well, I think they'll take it into account, but apparently they don't care. At 19.00 I write, I wonder why the deposit was not transferred, by the way, it is 12,000, the answer is: according to the contract, the refund is within two days, I understand that it is not always possible to take the apartment on the same day and for this these two days are taken, but in our case other people should have already lived there. After a short correspondence with threats to leave a negative review, the money was immediately refunded. The result is a spoiled mood. I wrote everything as it was, it's up to you to contact them or not, but I definitely won't do it anymore. Good luck to all!!!
