We bought all household appliances from Hoffman and were very pleased with the general service. Staff treatment is also good. However, the reason we gave 4 stars was that the air conditioning installation masters they recommended were not professional enough. This caused a number of inconveniences for us. Therefore, if you buy air conditioning from Hoffman, I recommend not to use the masters they recommend for installation. I hope that the company will further improve the quality of service, focusing on this issue.
